SupaTags is a trading name of Cotswold Printworks Ltd (company no. 13682521), Unit D2 Liddington Industrial Estate, Old Station Drive, Cheltenham GL53 0DL. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us. Our data protection officer is Cliff Carter, who you can contact at hello@supatags.co.uk.

When you shop with us we collect the information we need to fulfil your order, including:

• your name and delivery address;
• your email address and (if you provide it) phone number;
• the designs and order details you create; and
• records of your orders and correspondence with us.

• process, print and deliver your order;
• send you order confirmations and delivery updates;
• respond to your questions and provide support; and
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We only send marketing emails if you've opted in, and you can opt out at any time from your account or via the link in any marketing email.

Our site uses SSL encryption to protect your data in transit. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, when live payments are enabled — we never see or store your full card details on our systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the shop — for example our delivery carrier (Royal Mail) and payment processor (Stripe) — and only as far as they need it to provide their service, or where we are required to by law.

We use essential cookies to keep the site working (for example to keep you signed in and to remember your basket). We may also use privacy-respecting analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to certain uses.
