By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken securely at the time you place your order. Card payments will be processed by Stripe once live payments are enabled — no card details are ever stored on our systems.

Your labels are printed to order from the design you create in the Studio. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are typically printed and dispatched the same day; orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.

We send orders by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery windows shown in your account are guidance, not guarantees — once an order is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Because our labels are personalised and made specifically for you, the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has begun. This does not affect your legal rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.

If you spot a mistake in your design, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to catch the order before it's printed.

We want you to be happy with your labels. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, let us know within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.

Please keep the item and packaging so we can look into what happened.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
